Day 3: Rest Day aka Stretch and Walking Day

Ive been going hard with the Glute and Leg workouts for the first to days so i decided to make Day 3, June 8, 2014 a rest day. But just because its a rest day doesnt mean you do nothing. 
I used Day 3 to work on my STRETCHING and WALKING!!!

Some of the stretching i do are mostly from my CHEERLEADING days or new YOGA and PILATES stretches i find online.

If you can't do anything of these just try the standard stretching to get some flexibility and to soothe your muscles if you are sore from the workouts the previous days. You can also do these right before every exercise routine.



If you get cramps stretch them out and i used to use pickle juice too it helps for some reason (a cheerleading secret)
